We look forward to answering any questions you may have about our practice. Here are the answers to some questions we frequently receive. Q. What are your office hours? A. Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will also see you on Fridays and Saturdays by special appointment. Q. How can you make my visit as comfortable as possible? A. We understand the importance of providing gentle care, so we offer pre-medications, ultra-gentle cleanings and soothing non-surgical gum care…and we’ll even hypnotize you if you wish. Q. Does your office work on children? A. Absolutely! As a family dentistry practice, we love to introduce kids to the dental experience, so we can eliminate any fears they may have. (We also work hard to eliminate adults’ fears, too!) Q. Do you accept insurance? A. Yes, we accept most dental insurance plans. Let us know what plan you have, and we’ll confirm that it’s one we take. Q. Do you offer payment plans? A. Yes. We never want you to have to put off dental work due to financial constraints. In addition to offering payment plans through Care Credit, we also accept most major credit cards. Q. If I’m terrified of the dentist, is this the office for me? A. You bet! We find that many adults have fears about doing to the dentist based on memories of long-ago procedures that have been updated to be gentler and quicker. Our friendly staff puts everyone at ease, and if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while (shame on you!), you’ll be surprised at how gentle today’s state-of-the-art technology is. Q. Do I have to wear a Hawaiian shirt to my appointments? A. Certainly not! Our dress codes applies only to staff members…but we do find that many of our patients choose to wear Hawaiian shirts when they see us, and we do get a big kick out of that. |
